Through the program, we engage in an inclusive selection processes that include, among other things, informing potential suppliers about opportunities to contract with Key, providing broader access to supplier opportunities, and hiring small and local business where it meets the needs of the business. All selection decisions are based on legitimate, nondiscriminatory business justifications such as total cost, quality, and experience.
