William Egge

William Egge is a Managing Director on the KeyBanc Capital Markets Technology Investment Banking team with a focus on Tech-Enabled Services. With more than 25 years of corporate finance, M&A, and capital raising experience, William has worked with a broad range of clients, from emerging growth start-ups to large well-capitalized corporations and private equity groups. His sector coverage includes Information & Data Services, IT & Professional Services, LegalTech, HRTech, and Marketing Services.
William spent five years in M&A and Corporate Development roles for private-capital-backed companies, including IXI (sold to Equifax), TH Lee portfolio company, and Systems Maintenance Services (sold to Partners Group). His career began at First Union/Wachovia Securities followed by similar roles at Citizens Capital Markets and Regions Securities.
William holds an AB in Economics and International Relations from the College of William & Mary and an MBA from the University of Texas-Austin.
