Pierre Oustinow

Pierre Oustinow is a Managing Director on the KeyBanc Capital Markets Technology Investment Banking team, with a focus on Software. Pierre has over 20 years of experience advising on more than 100 transactions involving private and public companies, with a combined value exceeding $70 billion, in North America and Europe.

Prior to joining the firm, Pierre was co-head of Enterprise Software at TD Securities, head of Technology M&A at BMO Capital Markets, and began his investment banking career at Goldman Sachs.

He holds an MBA from Duke University and an MS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Efrei Paris, France.
